Driving

The search for excellence in good practices is continuous at CMA.
The process of accompanying the animals begins with scheduling the reception and hydration in the resting sleeves as soon as they arrive. Soon after, they undergo processing: individual identification and registration in the traceability software, vaccination, deworming, weighing and separation of the lots, proceeding to the allocation of the animals in the feeding pens. During the fattening period, there is a constant sanitary round and, when any treatment is necessary, the animal is sent to the infirmary paddocks where they remain until the end of the medication withdrawal period. The animal nutrition process aims to optimize the diet and reduce fattening time, always based on principles of excellence in animal nutrition. The final analysis of the batches already standardized after fattening is done with the scheduling of the scale to the slaughterhouse. In this way, the processing of shipment is also carried out - checking the animals by electronic system, individual weighing and rational and cautious shipment, minimizing losses and pH elevation, aiming to provide the best quality of the meat to the final consumer.
