The acronym ESG comes from the English term Environmental, Social and Governance, in Portuguese, it refers to Environmental, Social and Governance. In the investment world, ESG incorporates environmental, social and governance issues as criteria in the analysis. With ASG we went beyond traditional economic and financial metrics and, with that, allowed a holistic assessment of companies. Today, we provide an overview of this topic and why we believe these three letters will revolutionize the investment world.
